HPREC of Oregon has 10 Directors, of which five are officers. The Board of Directors is responsible for planning club activities, publishing a quarterly newsletter, representing club members outside of the Corvallis area, and any other function deemed necessary to meet the needs of all members. Each officer and board member serves a two year term.
